We know that from ages 16-22, an individuals mind develops at its greatest capacity. We know that the most influential way to sustain learning is with constant communication. We know that habits are formed from purpose and commitment and not only through repetitions. And we know that repetitions do not create memory, rather relevance and emotions create memories. David Grewe, has been a collegiate coach achieving both success and failure at the highest level. Through his experiences as the Associate Head Coach of a National Championship program and the Head Coach of a Big Ten University, he has learned that success vs. failure is a direct result of whether athletes become leaders through a strong belief (and ultimately, execution) of focus and process on a daily basis. He also knows the challenges and time commitments that exist for collegiate coaches and players, as well as, the importance of building a foundation of success habits for athletes age 16-22.
